This pilot can help remove barriers and make it easier for\u00a0people to access the services and cultural supports that matter most in their lives.\u201d<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Helping eligible individuals access supports<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The Connections through Inclusion pilot program funds new Community Connections workers\u00a0in each participating friendship centre to provide culturally informed, hands-on support for\u00a0Indigenous adults who may be eligible for CLBC services. Many individuals face complex needs,\u00a0unstable housing or limited support networks, and the workers respond in ways guided by local\u00a0teachings,\u00a0priorities\u00a0and relationships.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">These workers help people:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li that build trust and improve access to services.\u00a0Our hope is that this will encourage friendship centres to pursue pre-qualification as vendors,\u00a0strengthening opportunities for future
